Founded in 2014 by Kevin Czinger, with the goal of completely revolutionizing the way automobiles are manufactured. Despite decades of advances in computing capabilities as applied to vehicle design, Kevin recognized that vehicle manufacturing remained dominated by analog technologies largely unchanged from the original Budd steel process used to stamp railcars in the 1930s. The Divergent Adaptive Production System (DAPS™) was a direct response to this gap, an end-to-end software-defined production system to manufacture any conceived structure, unconstrained by manufacturing technique. DAPS transforms the economics and environmental impact of manufacturing complex structures for vehicles of all types by optimizing designs, dematerializing structures, and eliminating upfront capex.

Began in 2010 with the vision to advance the adoption of EVs by making battery-electric buses and trucks affordable, durable, and easy to deploy. GreenPower offers commercial vehicles for delivery, public transit, schools, vanpools, micro-transit, shuttles, and more. Our battery electric buses can perform almost any route their fossil fuel burning competitors are able to, but with a much quieter and more efficient ride. GreenPower’s corporate headquarters is located in Vancouver, Canada. We have a sales and administration office in Rancho Cucamonga, CA; US assembly takes place in Porterville, CA (San Joaquin Valley).
We are professional manufacturers of automobile disc brakes and drum brakes, with an annual production capacity of 3 million sets. In addition to brake systems, we also manage the concurrent production of steel back plates, hoof iron, and related accessories. Our production process is rigorous and supported by advanced equipment. From the selection of brake pads to sample delivery, each product undergoes multiple tests, including noise detection, bench testing, compatibility experiments, and road tests in both winter and summer conditions. Only when the performance meets all requirements and is stable for mass production do we proceed. Tongda has established long-term scientific research partnerships with domestic and international research institutions. Our technology has reached an advanced level in China, and we possess strong capabilities in product development.
Leads the market with a product line ranging from Cobra replicas to muscle car inspired roadsters and supercars. Houses laser-cut tub chassis production, fiberglass mold making, and a dedicated CNC shop for bespoke suspension parts. Kits ship with everything from frame jigs to verified hardware packs, enabling customers to assemble built, not bought cars in artisan workshops. Quality control includes in house nondestructive testing of weld seams and 3D scanning of body panels to ensure precision fit. Factory Five’s modular production allows rapid introduction of new models: their recent Mk5 roadster uses a sealed-spaceframe with bolt-in suspension subframes, reducing builder complexity. A lean manufacturing line handles just 500 kits per year, keeping overheads low. Their technical-support team publishes detailed build guides and hosts factory build schools, fostering a loyal community. Complementary revenue streams—performance parts, factory tours, and branded apparel, sustain R&D investment, with future plans including hybrid powertrain options and 3D-printed structural components.
Light aviation manufacturing, producing ultralight aircraft and electric trainers. Integrates advanced carbon-composite lay-up, robotic trimming, and bonding stations, alongside a full EASA certified assembly line. Models like the Velis Electro use modular battery packs and podded electric motors, offering noise free operation. Pipistrel’s in-house R&D lab develops proprietary fly by wire controls and energy management systems, while a sister company handles certification and flight training support. With annual production under 200 aircraft, Pipistrel maintains tight quality control: every airframe undergoes vacuum bag curing, ultrasonic nondestructive testing, and precision jig inspection. Their global dealer network supports maintenance, spare parts, and upgrades. In parallel, Pipistrel invests heavily in next-gen eVTOL demonstrators and hydrogen fuel cell prototypes, leveraging core competencies in lightweight structures and electric propulsion, positioning them at the forefront of sustainable aviation.
Since 1927, Frauscher has produced luxury motorboats and electric boats renowned for their sleek design and advanced technology. Their 1212 Ghost and electric 650 Alassio models feature fully welded aluminum hulls, carbon-fibre superstructures, and proprietary electric propulsion systems with integrated shore-power charging. Production is vertically integrated: from aluminium press-forming and robotic welding to in-house assembly of electric drivetrains and bespoke teak decking. Frauscher’s gigafactory in Upper Austria houses a climate-controlled composite shop and a marine-grade anodizing line for aluminium components, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. Frauscher controls every manufacturing stage—hull jigging, lamination, outfitting—achieving exceptional fit-and-finish. Their “engineers of emotions” ethos extends to personalized customer service: global distributors coordinate sea trials, custom upholstery, and onboard systems integration (navigation, entertainment). Despite limited annual output (under 100 boats), Frauscher’s premium pricing and strong aftermarket (maintenance, refit, upgrades) ensure sustainable growth. Ongoing R&D into hydrogen fuel cells and next-generation electric drive further cements their role as a pioneer in luxury sustainable boating.
Boutique sports-car manufacturer celebrated for its minimalist, driver-focused machines. Established in 1991, Ariel’s flagship model, the Atom, eschews conventional bodywork in favor of an exposed space-frame and lightweight suspension, delivering razor-sharp handling and blistering acceleration. Every chassis and mechanical sub-assembly is designed, engineered, and hand-assembled at Ariel’s Somerset factory, with an emphasis on mechanical purity and track performance. Beyond the Atom, Ariel has diversified into limited-run supercar projects (such as the Nomad off-road buggy) and recently introduced the high-power AAR concept based on automotive engine packages. Their R&D team continually tests new materials (including carbon composites and high-strength alloys) and collaborates with racing outfits to refine aerodynamic elements.
