Acceptance and Use
By using Marketplace Profile at marketplaceprofile.com (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Platform is a B2B company directory intended for legitimate sourcing, research, and business development use.
Do not use the Platform to break the law, interfere with the service, gain unauthorized access, send spam, impersonate another person or company, or systematically scrape or republish directory data.
Company Profiles and Third-Party Content
Profiles may include business names, trademarks, logos, product images, catalog images, videos, descriptions, certifications, contact information, and other materials submitted by companies, supplied by rights holders, or obtained from publicly available company and brand materials.
Marketplace Profile does not claim ownership of third-party names, trademarks, logos, images, videos, or other third-party materials. Those materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Platform is for company identification, directory, sourcing, and informational purposes and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
Rights Holder, Correction and Removal Requests
If you own or represent rights in material displayed on the Platform and believe it is inaccurate, unauthorized, or should be removed, contact us through the contact form. Please identify the page, the material involved, and your relationship to the rights holder.
We will review all requests and may correct, restrict, or remove material while a request is being reviewed. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of third-party intellectual property to Marketplace Profile.
Submitted Content
If you submit company information, images, logos, videos, or other content, you confirm that you are authorized to provide it and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights. You grant Marketplace Profile a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, resize, format, and distribute that submitted content as reasonably needed to operate and promote the directory.
You may request updates or removal of submitted company content through the contact form. We may edit or remove content that is inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, outdated, or inconsistent with the Platform.
Accuracy and No Endorsement
We work to keep listings useful and accurate, but company information may be incomplete, outdated, supplied by third parties, or change without notice. Marketplace Profile does not independently audit, certify, recommend, or guarantee any listed company, product, service, certification, claim, or business relationship.
Users are responsible for their own due diligence before contacting, purchasing from, contracting with, or relying on a listed company.
Marketplace Profile Content
The Marketplace Profile name, logo, original site design, software, organization of the directory, and original editorial content belong to Marketplace Profile or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially reuse those materials except as permitted by law or with permission.
This ownership statement does not apply to third-party company names, trademarks, logos, images, videos, or other third-party materials displayed in profiles.
Disclaimer
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy, completeness, availability, or suitability of listings or third-party content.

Changes and Governing Law
We may update these Terms as the Platform changes. The date below shows the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Platform will be subject to the courts of British Columbia, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
