Beijing Wintec Machinery Co., Ltd. designs, engineers and manufactures production equipment for grain based food processing. Its principal systems cover fresh noodle and wrapper lines, air fried and oil fried instant noodle lines, crispy grain snack lines, fortune cookie lines, packaging equipment, flour handling and batching systems, and bread liquid fermentation equipment. The company also develops automated topping dosing and application systems for bakery production, using sensing, actuator and programmable control technology to dispense liquid, slurry and semi liquid ingredients. Its work brings process development, equipment design and manufacturing together to address product characteristics, production consistency and throughput requirements.
Founded in 2003, the company draws on more than 20 years of food machinery engineering and manufacturing experience. Its equipment is intended for food processors producing noodles, bakery goods, snacks and related grain foods, with systems configured around production capacity, factory layout and process needs. Modular dosing equipment can be incorporated into new or existing bakery lines and coordinated with conveyors, forming equipment, proofing lines, ovens, cooling equipment and packaging systems. Wintec reports installed production lines in 56 countries and an export share of 85 percent of its lines. It also works with research institutes and universities worldwide to share research and development resources.
