Berson UV-techniek manufactures disinfection systems (utilising UV-C light) for treating fluids, surfaces and air and insect-killing devices (utilising UV-A and green light), to attract flying insects. These insect killers are named Insectron.
Insectron is an high-quality insect exterminator which attract and catches flying insects, particularly flies. It is designed especially for industrial use. Applications are wide-ranging and include food processing facilities, livestock, poultry and fish farms, offices and industries as packaging, pharmaceutics, cosmetics, etc. Units have standard 5 years of guarantee on the electrical functioning and have either IP54 or IP65 protection (so that they can be installed in wet and dusty places). The IP65 units are also ATEX certified so that they can also be installed in places with a potential dust explosion hazard.
