The Company coined the term Jamaican Style patties after objections were raised by the USDA to the traditional name of a patty, as it was know in Jamaica, for fear it would promote confusion with the American hamberger pattie.
Mrs Bery Levi, President of the company, then explains it was a Jamaican Style Pattie to the concerned members of USDA. So it was that a 'patty' became a "Jamaican Style Pattie".
A Jamaican Style Pattie is made with Beef or chicken filling wrapped in a golden pastry crust. You have choices of flavors - mild or spicy hot.
Tower Isles has been in business for thirty-seven years. The US Department of Commerce has showcases our product on different occasions in the International Pavilion at Trade and Food Shows.
