Jack Pleiter started Genesis Homes Master Builders after almost 30 years in various roles in the home building industry. His career began in the 1980’s when he completed his carpentry apprenticeship and began his own roof framing business at the tender age of 20. He completed his Diploma in Builders Registration while working as a Building Site Supervisor which gave him insights into the importance of quality workmanship and the disciplines necessary to build homes in an orderly and efficient manner.

About 13 years ago Jack took on the role of Construction Manager in the start-up of a new project home builder, now one of Perth’s top 10 Project Builders. He established his own company, Genesis Homes, in 2012. Jack has always focused on quality building and supervisory practices, streamlining of design and administrative processes, and building a core group of reliable suppliers and skilled tradesmen and women committed to excellence in building and customer support.
