At Cook N Grow, we want everyone to learn their way around a kitchen. We want all of our “Cookies” to care about what they are eating and know how to prepare food that is good for them AND tastes good. The Cook N Grow Programs do just that; they teach people how to eat fresh, start from scratch with real ingredients, and how to live a healthier lifestyle without feeling like they are sacrificing taste.

We offer cooking classes for both children and adults. Although the classes were structured with food handling safety in mind, our ultimate goal is to make sure you learn something while enjoying yourself. Through interactive learning, children are taught cooking and baking techniques, etiquette and table manners, cognitive measuring skills and more.
