88 North Condos will be developed and constructed by St. Thomas Developments . The building site located at 88 Queen Street East in Toronto and is bordered by Queen Street East on the south side, Shuter Street on the North side, Mutual Street on the east side and Dalhousie Street on the west side. This will be the largest condo development of its kind in recent Toronto history (given that the parking lot takes up an entire downtown city block), with a plan to build retail, office and residential spaces on the site. As such, the retail strips lining both sides of Queen East of Church Street would likely see a considerable increase in foot traffic.
