With a background in human resources, group benefits, and individual insurance, Wendy Giuffre brings a unique understanding of both human resources management practices and group benefits. Prior to establishing Wendy Ellen Inc. in 2005, Wendy was a Human Resources professional with more than 25 years experience. As a human resource generalist, Wendy has experience dealing with a wide scope of employee relations. Her firm but empathetic approach is based on her practical experience and her knowledge of the human rights and legal aspects of employee relations.

After seeing the challenges facing small to mid-sized enterprises that simply could not justify hiring a full-time Human Resource professional, Wendy started her company to provide complete outsourced HR services to these businesses.
