During his stint at JPMorganChase Bank in India, he managed its Global Outsourcing operations for credit card business. He has vast knowledge and exposure on offering solutions to clients by way of process improvement and optimization thus, resulting in higher productivity and lower cost of operations for them. He was the chosen employee of the outsourcing operations of JPMorganChase Bank to be awarded the Global Employee of the Year award (The Super Star Award) across all employees worldwide. This is the highest level of recognition for any employee in the bank. In addition, twice he was also awarded the second highest level of award in the bank – The All Star Award.
