The theme of our welcoming studio, both inside and out is sharing from the heart, building lasting relationship and assisting each other in developing our unique yoga practice. We want to guide you off the beaten path of the old yoga studio models towards new discoveries as you explore your yoga. All of the teachers are full-time yoga professionals, exclusive to Ozark Mountain Yoga and always here before, after and often in between regularly scheduled classes helping each other in the journey of learning. It's these collaborative teaching values that create the welcoming vibe in the studio and helps us to be more light-hearted in our day-to-day lives. Kula (Sanskrit ???) means an intentional community of the heart, a group coming together of its own free will, a family, tribe. We welcome you to come be part of the OMY Tribe.
