Ed Julian, Owner and President of Texas Rainmakers, is one the most experienced licensed irrigators in the area. In 1987, he received his license through the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality (TCEQ). He also holds a back flow testers license through TCEQ. Ed has over 30 years of experience in the green industry.
