ATAC was created based on the vision of Adrian Smith & his wife Tugs Smith. Combined they have over 22 years of customer service and leadership experience. Adrian and Tugs have worked with some of Canada’s most successful Fortune 500 Corporations. In 2010 they decided to focus their experience and passion into developing home based CSR’s (Customer Service Representatives). In February 2011 ATAC opened for business. Since then ATAC has been certified as a Super Virtual Service Corporation (SVSC) and Premiere Partner with our preferred vendor. ATAC partners with many vendors.

Our main partner is a Business Process Outsourcing company (BPO) offering year-round contract opportunities in the service based industry for some of the world’s most trusted brands. ATAC currently works with hundreds of skilled professional referred to as “Certified Professionals (CSP’s)” who have successfully completed their admissions screening process to operate as independent contractors under the ATAC IBO. It’s convenient and simple; you choose the client(s) that your service and you set your own hours up to the minute! The time to work from home has never been better.
