We are a multidisciplinary group of medical specialists, physiatrists and technicians focused on the management and integral treatment of cranial deformities, with a special interest in the alterations caused by mechanical factors (positional plagiocephaly), attending not only the cranial deformity, but the associated factors to the same. The particular interest of our approach originates from the increase in the incidence of this problem since 1992, when the American Academy of Pediatricians (AAP) gave the recommendation that babies, of newborns At one year of age, they slept on their backs to reduce the risk of crib death ( Back to sleep campaign ).
