In my practice, I integrate research and evidence-based practices to help my clients get the outcomes they want: improved relationships, decreased anxiety and depression, and more control over their lives. Every client has unique needs so I do not limit our work into any single modality. I blend a variety of techniques to create a customized approach to treatment for each individual. My approach also involves feedback informed treatment, a practice borne out of research which found that client input can dramatically improve the process and outcomes of psychotherapy.
