Our frozen fish is superior to fresh from the store. Fresh fish has usually been fished for several days by boat, this means that when the catch arrives it is already several days old - then add that it must be transported across the country and then lie in fish counters for an additional time.

Our products are frozen directly on the boat or taken care of immediately when it is unloaded in port. Modern freezing technology ensures that nutrients and texture are preserved.
