This is where we really get to know our clients. We explore the project’s potential through guided conversations, programming studies, and preliminary floor plans. We document all aesthetic goals and project needs in a formal scope of work, including a preliminary timeline and furnishings budget. This is where our design vision really comes to life. We present curated mood boards, material samples, and room renderings. We seek out specialty pieces and identify locations for custom details. At this stage, we collaborate with artis and craftspeople on bespoke pieces and finishes.
