Safrà del Montsec

Founded with the aim of contributing to the recovery of saffron cultivation in Catalonia, a region of Spain, that thanks to its location and climate, ideal for its cultivation, it became the largest saffron production and export area in the Middle Ages. We are a young farming couple who are always committed to nature, living in it, from it and mainly caring for it, returning to our roots. We are part of the community and institutions committed to the environment and the optimal use of natural resources, in order to strengthen an economically sustainable agro-system.
