Guangzhou Hengde Building Materials Co., Ltd. develops and manufactures production equipment for lightweight wall materials and environmentally friendly building products. Its core lines produce lightweight blocks, wall panels and EPS polystyrene granule blocks, covering materials such as aerated concrete blocks, lightweight bricks, foamed cement partition boards, composite wall panels, insulation boards and fireproof door core boards. The company combines equipment design, component manufacturing and new material research with project planning for building material producers, engineering firms, mining companies and solid waste treatment enterprises. Its systems cover mixing, moulding, curing, demoulding, cutting and stacking operations.

Established in 2014, the company operates a 5,000 square metre facility and reports a workforce of 125 employees. Production line configurations are available from 30 to 1,000 cubic metres per day, with capacity expansion supported in stages. Hengde has developed a cutting system for blanks of 6 to 8 cubic metres in a single operation, with stated dimensional error controlled within plus or minus 1 mm. It has participated in industry and national standard development and holds more than 30 patents and qualifications. Technical support extends from factory layout and installation to commissioning, training, preventive maintenance and equipment upgrades, with projects delivered across Southeast Asia, Africa, Central Asia, South America and Russia.
