Prototal Group provides industrial additive manufacturing, injection molding and vacuum casting services for plastic and metal parts. Its additive manufacturing capabilities include MJF, SLS, FDM, SLA, FDR, DLP, PolyJet and SAF technologies, supported by materials such as PA 11, PA 12, PP, TPU, ABS, Ultem, PC, PEKK, PEEK and epoxy materials. The company also produces polyurethane vacuum-cast parts using silicone molds for functional prototypes, bridge production, testing and market-ready prototypes. Hybrid manufacturing combines 3D printing and injection molding to support prototyping, production scaling and serial part manufacture.

The business operates a decentralized European production network with more than 130 industrial 3D printers across nine facilities, as well as injection molding capacity in Sweden and Austria. It provides in-house aluminum and steel tooling, including 2K injection molding and in-mold labeling, and supports production from individual prototypes to volumes of up to one million parts. Its manufacturing services serve aerospace and defense, medical, automotive and motorsport applications, as well as energy, robotics, drones, fashion and packaging. Prototal Group is certified as a serial production provider by HP and EOS and operates under ISO 9001, AS/EN 9100, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, TISAX and Cleanroom ISO 8 standards.
