Its manufacturing capabilities include CNC milling, turning, routing, wire and sinker EDM, precision sheet metal fabrication, additive manufacturing, urethane and silicone casting, wax casting, and injection molding. Additive processes include laser sintering, multi-jet fusion, stereolithography, digital light processing, hybrid photosynthesis, fused filament fabrication, and material jetting. The company also supplies surface treatments, welding, hardware installation, assembly, 3D scanning, and visual models. It works from CAD files and provides design-for-manufacturability feedback and engineer-assisted quotes.

Founded in 1987, the company operates manufacturing facilities in New Hampshire, Wisconsin, California, and Pennsylvania, supported by qualified domestic and international manufacturing partners.
