Saras Udyog

Established in Jaipur in 1991, Saras Udyog manufactures craft cordage and narrow textile trims for wholesale supply. Its production spans macramé cord, cotton and jute rope, paracord, bungee cord, elastic cord and tape, and shoelaces, alongside satin, grosgrain and velvet ribbons. The portfolio extends to twill tape, cotton webbing, lace trim, tassels, embroidery thread and candle wick, serving craft, haberdashery and trimmings trade customers. This breadth brings cordage and decorative narrow fabrics together within one manufacturing business.

Manufacturing takes place at the Jaipur factory, where twisting, braiding, dyeing, tipping, finishing and winding form core in house processes. Direct control of these operations supports ready pack supply as well as made to order production for bulk programmes. The business works with cotton, jute, polyester and nylon across relevant cord and trim lines, including paracord constructions with seven strand cores. Its wholesale export activity serves international markets, with sales communication available in English, Turkish, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Polish and Japanese.
