Sensible Gear designs custom sublimated uniforms, jerseys and sports apparel for teams, schools and organizations across Newfoundland and Labrador and the Atlantic Provinces. Its work covers hockey, basketball, volleyball, curling, football, bowling and corporate apparel, combining team identity programs with graphic design services. Sublimation gives clients broad control over colour, artwork, numbering and personalization without template restrictions. By integrating graphics into breathable performance fabric rather than applying heat transfers or silk screen finishes, the company produces garments designed to retain their visual finish without cracking, peeling or fading.

Led by owner Sheila, the business reflects more than 30 years of customer relations experience, together with a background in the entertainment industry. Sheila holds two postgraduate degrees and received the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal for Cultural Contribution to Canada. Sensible Gear’s regional focus is centred on supplying durable, customized apparel for athletic organizations and school teams, with design support carried through from initial concepts to finished teamwear. Its production approach avoids discontinued stock designs and accommodates individual names, numbers and oversized graphics within the sublimated garment process.
