The Ribbon Rose

The Ribbon Rose is a family owned craft materials business based in Penrose, Auckland, supplying more than 100,000 products across needlecraft, embroidery, patchwork, quilting, fine art, papercraft, knitting and crochet. Its assortment brings together established international brands and specialist materials for makers working with yarn, fabric, paper, dyes, tools and embellishments. The business serves practical creative disciplines that demand both breadth of choice and technically appropriate materials, from knitting fibres and embroidery supplies to quilting resources, craft dies and colourants for textile work.

Jointly managed by two generations of the Forlong family, Stephen and Heather Forlong alongside Jon and Tamzin Forlong, the business has been developed over more than 15 years.
