TrailLite Group

Built on a caravan manufacturing heritage dating to 1954, TrailLite Group designs, manufactures and sells motorhomes and caravans for touring and extended independent travel. Its caravan engineering emphasises towing stability, weight distribution, spacious living areas, storage, and substantial water and power capacity for travel beyond serviced sites. The company produces its own caravans across more than 25 floor plans with hundreds of optional extras, addressing family accommodation, holiday stays and longer touring use. Its portfolio also incorporates Elddis caravans, including the Xplore, Affinity, Avante Apex, Crusader and Buccaneer lines.

The business combines vehicle sales with manufacturing insight and an established aftercare operation. A purpose-built yard and service centre in Pukekohe holds new and pre-owned vehicles and gives customers access to factory tours that demonstrate vehicle construction and specification. Purpose-built service centres in Auckland and Christchurch undertake maintenance and repairs, while technicians service TrailLite vehicles and are trained and authorised for the company’s international brands. A nationwide network of service agents extends support for owners travelling on the road, complemented by finance and insurance arrangements for caravan purchasers.
