Eurodita manufactures timber building kits for business customers, with product families that include log cabins, glulam homes, summer houses, garden sheds, garden offices, and one to four bedroom cabin layouts. Its business is structured around private label supply, enabling dealers and product brands to market agreed timber structures under their own names while retaining responsibility for pricing, marketing, and the customer relationship. The company also assesses bespoke designs, drawings, and target specifications through factory and engineering review, then prepares quotations, drawings, and 3D visuals within the agreed project scope.

The company supplies dealers, distributors, builders, developers, architects, holiday park operators, and specialist suppliers rather than normally selling to private consumers. Factory scope is defined in written quotations and order documents, covering the timber kit and agreed components, openings, finish options, packing, component marking, and documentation. Local approvals, foundations, site construction, installation, and end customer management remain the responsibility of trade partners or their appointed project teams unless otherwise agreed. Orders are checked, packed, and dispatched from Kaunas, with standard EXW terms and individually agreed DAP or DDP arrangements for selected markets and projects. Annual bespoke production is approximately 1,800 to 2,000 timber structures, and eligible treated timber components carry a 10 year anti rot warranty under written terms.
