Established in 1998 as a local privately held real estate portfolio, Alamitos Associates has Acquired numerous prime properties in the Long Beach, South Bay and Orange county regions. The majority of the daily general maintenance and repairs are performed by in-house staff which are constantly working between the various buildings. This is important as it insures that basic repairs are promptly addressed.

All Leases are negotiated in-house through its leasing team. Very often overlooked, this is an important factor when leasing space. By having an in-house leasing team, prospective tenants will have a face to face interaction with the people who they will be seeing on a daily basis, rather than only during a single transaction interaction.
