About This Company

Established in 1953, Bonaveri srl Unipersonale designs and manufactures artistic display mannequins, fashion bust forms, props and accessories for fashion presentation, retail interiors and exhibitions. Its collections encompass sculptural Schläppi forms, Sartorial modular bust forms, Classic and B By Bonaveri mannequins, and realistic and semi-realistic figures following the 2019 acquisition of Adel Rootstein. The company also creates bespoke mannequins shaped around specific brand identities, body specifications and retail environments. Its products serve fashion houses, luxury retailers, department stores, museums, stylists and set designers working across retail, cultural and photographic settings.

The headquarters and main production facility in Renazzo di Cento occupies 20,000 square metres and combines body scanning laboratories, clay sculpting workshops, assembly, finishing, quality control, tailoring, logistics and administrative functions. Forms begin as clay maquettes developed by the sculpting team, while the tailoring department completes selected products in fabric. In 2016, the company introduced BPlast, a bioplastic containing 72% sugarcane derivatives, alongside BPaint made with natural pigments and plant-based solvents, for biodegradable mannequin production. Representative offices and distributors extend its international reach across Europe, the Americas, Asia and Australia.
