Genesis Mannequins develops and manufactures custom mannequins for fashion and visual merchandising. Its collection covers women’s, men’s, sports, children’s and other display concepts, with 85% of its mannequins made to order. Customers can specify poses, heads, colours and finishes through custom workshops that turn initial ideas into store-ready display concepts. Standard fiberglass-reinforced polyester mannequins are hand-laminated and use natural bio resin in place of 47% of the plastic material. Product options include removable makeup components, detachable heels, Kanekalon-fibre wigs, handbag hooks, glass or metal bases, and logo engraving, printing or relief work.

The company provides planning, service and claim-handling training, after-sales service, shipment tracking, workshops, seminars and digital planning through scanning, 3D prototyping and an in-house photo studio. Its quality process covers molds, materials, sanding, priming, painting, assembly, packaging and dispatch, and it limits each mold to 300 mannequins. Products include a three-year mannequin warranty and a 10-year spare-parts purchasing warranty. EcoForm mannequins use biodegradable, recyclable and natural components, water-based paint, and packaging based on double-wall cartons, kraft paper and shredded corrugate. CarbonQuota verified a 96% reduction in carbon output for EcoForm compared with traditional fiberglass mannequins.
