Electromagnetica S.A. combines industrial manufacturing, power sector equipment and energy services across electricity distribution, measurement and efficiency applications. Its portfolio encompasses electricity meters and the ENERGSys intelligent electricity monitoring system, LED lighting, electric vehicle charging stations, electrical and electronic subassemblies, metal and injected plastic subassemblies, tools and molds, automotive subassemblies, and railway traffic safety systems. The company also supplies electricity and produces green energy. Products are engineered through its own research and design department, drawing on in-house manufacturing technologies to achieve substantial integration from component production through finished equipment.

Operations are underpinned by mold making, plastic injection, design and laboratory capabilities, including metrology and photometric laboratory functions. Its management systems and industry credentials include ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013, alongside an ANRE licence for electricity supply and a licence for electricity production. The company also manages more than 32,000 square metres of office, warehouse, production, service and conference space through Electromagnetica Business Park. It is listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange under ELMA in the Premium category.
