KETTLER Alu-Rad GmbH manufactures bicycles, electric bicycles and accessories under the KETTLER brand. The electric-bike portfolio includes models using Bosch Performance Line CX, PX and SX motors, with an optional Bosch Performance Upgrade software update available for selected models. The company manufactures the products it offers and produces electric bikes at its factory in Sankt Ingbert, Saarland. Its sales model is supported by a network of specialist dealers, which serve as local contacts for questions concerning bicycles, electric bikes and accessories. Dealer Days bring together specialist retailers, partners and suppliers at the production facility. Product development for the 2025 range includes Bosch Performance Line CX drives and optimized frame geometry. The Pinniato FS Sport model received the Design & Innovation Award 2025 in the Urban category and was named Bike of the Year 2025 in the Premium 25 km/h category by VAB.
