Baltik vairas is a full service original equipment manufacturer of bicycles and e-bikes for European brands, combining product development, sourcing, assembly and delivery within one manufacturing organisation. Its portfolio encompasses road, mountain, city, hybrid, folding, cargo, children’s and other bicycle formats, including custom programmes. The company works with brand owners throughout the development process, giving them visibility over bills of materials, component sourcing and production details. Design testing, controlled component selection and inspection procedures are integrated with assembly operations to ensure part compatibility and reliable manufacturing execution.

Established in 1948 in Siauliai, Lithuania, the company has developed into Northern Europe’s largest bicycle and e-bike manufacturer. Its factory employs more than 400 permanent staff and includes dedicated cargo bike assembly and wheel assembly capacity. Automated electrostatic painting uses water-based paints and enables rapid colour changes. More than 80 percent of production processes are digitised through sensors, software and robotics, with data from enterprise resource planning, supply chain and production systems used for planning and process improvement. The operation also applies 3D design, simulation, printing, RFID tagging and predictive maintenance technologies, while quality assurance personnel inspect finished products before dispatch.
