Workforce accommodation, operational facilities and project buildings for remote and infrastructure work are the core of Kuboprefab’s modular construction business. The company manufactures modular camps and associated accommodation, offices, dining areas, sanitary buildings and support facilities for construction and EPC contractors, mining operations, and renewable energy developments. Its project scope is shaped around occupancy, building function, capacity, climate and installation conditions, with layout development and system coordination undertaken before production. Temporary and semi permanent buildings are supplied for wind, solar, battery energy storage and other energy infrastructure programs.

Manufacturing is managed from its Foshan office and factory, where material preparation, steel structure fabrication, inspection and export packing precede shipment. Quality control covers incoming materials, frame dimensions and fabrication, finishing, MEP work and packing readiness. The company combines factory production with technical specifications, drawings, loading references, delivery coordination and installation guidance. With more than 20 years of manufacturing experience and projects in more than 160 countries, it operates as a manufacturer led supplier for international modular building requirements.
