Thirty years ago we didn’t have the rates of stress, body complexes, depression, food intolerances, cancer and all the other chronic illnesses that we have today. Have you ever stopped to ask WHY? Why is it expected that annual cancer cases will rise from 14 million in 2012 to 22 million within the next 2 decades? Why, in each year, approximately one in every five Australians will experience a mental illness? Why in the United States was spending for prescription drugs $234.1 billion in 2008 – more than double what it was in 1999 just 9 years earlier? Why did food allergies among children increase approximately 50% between 1997 and 2011?

We have solid guesses as to why, but we are not here to spout opinions. We’d rather provide everyone with the environment to detoxify your mind and body of the garbage that multi-national corporations and governments feed us every day. It All Starts With Our Mind. Every day we are being bombarded and manipulated by media (and governments) to think and behave in ways that we would not have, had we not been subject to their hidden agendas. Take the media’s influence on women’s mental health for example, or how they play on women’s insecurities in order to sell more product. What we expose our minds to on a daily basis impacts our thoughts. The thoughts we have determine the emotions we feel (emotions can increase aging), which in turn influences our actions. Repeated actions become habits that have a direct impact on our bodies, which determine the quality and length of our lives.
