Its portfolio covers stationery, paper, ink and toner, furniture, art materials, tools and hardware, together with catering, cleaning, hygiene, safety, first aid, packaging, mailing and technology solutions. The business combines merchandise supply with sector-focused account management and product specialist expertise. Its education operation, expanded when School Supplies joined the company in 2010, serves learning environments from early childhood through tertiary education.

The company serves more than 40,000 customers each year and works with over 500 suppliers through a national distribution network anchored by two distribution centres that dispatch more than 45,000 packages each week. It is a panellist on the All-of-Government Office Supplies contract, supplying office consumables under the Crown procurement framework. Three interactive showrooms bring business decision-makers together with product specialists to assess workplace products. Supplier governance includes a Responsible Supplier Code and Sustainable Packaging Guidelines aligned with the Plastic and Related Products Regulations 2022, with an objective of reusable, recyclable or compostable packaging.
