Orchid Lifesciences is a contract and private-label manufacturer of cosmetic, personal care and oral care products. Its portfolio covers gel, calcium, silica, herbal, natural, whitening, children’s, fluoride-free and medicated toothpastes, along with mouthwash. The company also produces skincare, haircare, baby care, men’s grooming, derma and OTC products, salon beauty products, essential oils and body powders. Available formats include moisturizers, creams, lotions, face and body washes, serums, shampoos, conditioners, styling products, beard oils, petroleum jelly, calamine lotion, facial kits and talcum-based powders. It develops custom formulations and supports packaging selection, design and procurement for branded product launches.

The manufacturer operates a 60,000-square-foot facility in Ahmedabad with batch sizes from 25 kg to 2,000 kg. Manufacturing and filling areas follow cGMP and ISO standards, with Class 100,000 conditions, HEPA filtration, controlled temperature and humidity, and separate entry air locks. Filling capabilities cover tubes, bottles, jars, pouches and containers. An in-house laboratory tests raw materials, packaging, in-process materials and finished products, while a 5 kg pilot plant supports trials before commercial production. Stability testing is conducted under controlled conditions for periods of one, three, six and twelve months. The facility holds ISO 22716:2007(E) cGMP and WHO-GMP certifications, and is DUNS registered, an IEC code holder and FDA approved for third-party cosmetic manufacturing.
