The secret of Santaverde is uniquely rich aloe vera juice. We use this as the key ingredient in our formulations, complemented by valuable plant oils and extracts. We believe that nature provides us with everything we need to experience beauty in its purest form. Santaverde, one of the pioneers of certified natural cosmetics, has been around for over 30 years. It all began in 1986 on a small finca in Andalusia.

It was there that Santaverde founder Sabine Beer first experienced the nourishing effects of the aloe vera plant. When someone asked her about her skin problems, which she tried to hide under a layer of makeup, a neighbor handed her a freshly cut aloe leaf from his garden. Hesitantly, she followed his advice to regularly apply the gel from the leaf's interior – and was amazed by the rapid improvement in her skin.
