Air Design engineers and manufactures exterior accessories that reshape the appearance and fit of pickup trucks and other vehicles. Its portfolio includes cab spoilers, fender flare sets, and body styling packages developed for vehicle-specific applications, including the Toyota Tacoma. Components are formed from structural polyurethane, a material selected for strength and durable exterior use. Design and production draw on computer-aided design and thermoforming processes to achieve close vehicle integration, while installation systems use automotive-grade adhesive to avoid drilling and preserve painted body panels.

Manufacturing is conducted in-house at the company’s North American facility, linking product engineering, thermoforming, and finishing within its own operations. Parts are supplied in UV-stable satin black finishes, with selected products available in gloss black, primer for custom paintwork, or body-color finishes. The use of factory-applied 2K German paint supports resistance to fading and cracking from sun exposure. Sales, technical support, and customer service functions provide commercial and product assistance for vehicle accessory applications.
