Biottonia Natural Care S.L.

Biottonia Natural Care cultivates, processes, and manufactures natural consumer and personal care products derived from aromatic and medicinal plants. Its output includes chemotyped essential oils, vegetable oils, spices, infusions, and cosmetics. The company grows selected plant species and varieties on its own estates, producing oils through controlled steam distillation. Its essential oils are positioned for cosmetic, aromatherapy, and food applications. Product development combines plant-derived ingredients with scientific formulation work, with an emphasis on natural ingredients and the properties of specific plant chemotypes. The group also operates a collection of specialized brands focused on natural products and well-being.

The business operates its own farms in Spain and Angola, covering more than 400 hectares of aromatic plants, and manufactures in Villanueva del Fresno, Badajoz. Its production model links cultivation, agronomic management, harvest timing, distillation, laboratory control, packaging, and documentation to support full batch traceability. The factory has 140 m³ of simultaneous distillation capacity, and a 5,000 m² facility is being built with steam-distillation operations and a laboratory. Quality control uses GC-MS chromatography, physico-chemical equipment, microbiology cleanrooms, batch-specific certificates of analysis, and controlled packaging conditions. Plant residues from distillation are reused as biomass to dehydrate subsequent batches of aromatic plants.
