He was the chosen employee of the outsourcing operations of JPMorganChase Bank to be awarded the Global Employee of the Year award (The Super Star Award) across all employees worldwide. This is the highest level of recognition for any employee in the bank. In addition, twice he was also awarded the second highest level of award in the bank – The All Star Award.
