Eurofarma produces and commercializes pharmaceutical products and services across medical prescriptions, over-the-counter drugs, generic drugs, hospital services and oncological care. Its Brazilian portfolio comprises more than 4,000 SKUs spanning 42 medical specialties and over 140 therapeutic classes. The company also offers drug production outsourcing, export partnerships and out-licensing opportunities. Its available licensed products include treatments containing doxazosin and finasteride, fluticasone and formoterol, levofloxacin, enoxaparin and heparin, with stated applications including benign prostate hyperplasia, asthma, infections, thrombosis and hemodialysis-related care.

Founded in 1972, the Brazilian-owned multinational operates in 24 countries and covers the Latin American market. It maintains national and international partnerships through licensing, distribution, service provision, production agreements, joint ventures and co-development. The group has nine plants across Latin America, including four manufacturing plants in Brazil, and supports partners with commercial, regulatory, development and clinical capabilities. More than 4,000 employees work in its sales and medical promotion force, while nearly 750 professionals are dedicated to research and development. The company reported R$ 12.5 billion in net sales in 2025 and invested R$ 800 million in innovation in 2024, supporting a pipeline of more than 400 projects.
