Aurena Laboratories AB develops and manufactures bag-on-valve medical device aerosols for private-label and contract-manufacturing customers. Its portfolio includes sterile saline and seawater nasal sprays, sparkling saline sprays containing carbon dioxide, ear cleansing sprays, eyewash sprays, wound cleansing and wound-and-eyewash sprays, burn gel, and silicone medical adhesive remover spray. Products serve over-the-counter, first-aid, wound and skin-care applications. Nasal formulations include isotonic and hypertonic saline, sea salt, seawater and Ringer's solution options, with selected products containing aloe vera or chamomile. The sprays are designed for sterile delivery and use from any angle.

The company operates as a contract development and manufacturing organization and OEM, supporting product development, small-scale production, packaging development, graphic design, CE marking and regulatory documentation. Its medical device aerosol products are registered under the Medical Device Regulation 2017/745, Class IIa. Standard can formats vary by product and include 50 ml to 250 ml options, with preprinted cans, individual carton boxes and optional leaflets available. Wound and eyewash products are supplied in sterile sodium chloride, buffered sodium chloride or Ringer's solution formulations.
