Grupo Editorial Peisa SAC is a Peruvian publishing house established in 1968 to advance works by Peruvian authors and subjects. Building on the legacy of founder José Muñoz Rodríguez, the company publishes literature and cultural works for readers across age groups. Its output spans fiction, poetry, contemporary chronicles, essays, testimony, illustrated books, children’s titles and young adult literature. The editorial program brings together narrative voices from Peru and Latin America with illustrated publications addressing themes in Peruvian culture.

Reading development is an important part of Peisa’s publishing activity. Its Plan Lector titles are organized for children and students from early childhood through adolescence, placing age-appropriate literature alongside its general-interest list. Distinct collections such as Río Hablador, Alma Matinal, Quirquincho, Contra*Seña and Navegantes give structure to its fiction, poetry, children’s and youth publishing. With more than five decades in the editorial market, Peisa has extended the reach of Peruvian writers, researchers and literary creators beyond Peru.
