Cots use tensioned elevated systems to lift users off the ground, while the furniture collection is designed for portability across outdoor and casual-use environments. The company provides replacement seats, frames, cases, and rubber feet for selected chair models, and covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship through a five-year warranty.
