Helmet shells are injection molded from silicone ti compounds, then bonded to EPS liners via heat activated adhesive films.

A hands on assembly line fits adjustable micrometric dials, moisture wicking liners, and MIPS® rotational slip liners before each helmet undergoes multi axis impact tests. Their armor division sources Dyneema® fibers for abrasion panels and molds D3O® impact pads in precision thermoforming presses. Materials testing labs characterize foam stiffness, shake table test prototypes to failure, and conduct sweat chamber trials for strap durability. Final QC includes 3D scanning to verify shell geometry and fit matrix conformance across sizes.
