For more than four decades, Logar trade d.o.o. has built its business around equipment for beekeeping and honey handling. Its core manufacture covers honey extractors in tangential, self-turning and radial configurations, alongside extractor drives, baskets and accessories. The company also supplies uncapping trays and tools, equipment for cappings handling, honey tanks, heaters, pumps, strainers, filling machines, and creamers or homogenizers. Its beekeeping portfolio extends to wax melters, wax foundation equipment, wax clarification and candle-making products, as well as beehives, hive tools, protective clothing, feeders, queen rearing items and varroa control products.

Founded by Anton Logar in 1967, the family business is now led by its second generation and employs 25 people. Manufacturing and retail operations are located in Šenčur, where the company uses stainless steel forming capabilities including laser cutting for steel and stainless steel, CNC bending, punching, curling, deep drawing and TIG welding. These capabilities also support research, development and custom-made work undertaken with customers and other companies. The business exports 80 percent of its products to more than 50 countries, with Germany and Austria identified as principal markets. It also participates in international exhibitions and has attended the Apimondia International Apicultural Congress.
