Midland Paper Packaging + Supplies

For more than a century, Midland Paper Packaging + Supplies has distributed paper, packaging, specialty films, facility supplies, and related production resources to commercial customers. Its paper business covers commercial printing, web printing, imaging, sheetfed, digital, publication, and specialty grades, as well as self-adhesive and synthetic substrates. The packaging operation combines materials supply with custom package design, value analysis, material handling equipment, automation systems, and equipment maintenance. Converting services and specialty finishes extend the company’s role across print, packaging, and product presentation requirements.

A closely held private company, Midland traces its origins to a Chicago paper distribution business incorporated in 1907 and has remained privately held since 1945. The organization serves a national market through approximately 1,000 employees, 50 locations, and eight business segments spanning commercial paper, specialty paper and film, packaging, equipment and automation, facility supplies, converting, marketing services, and e-commerce. Its sustainability work includes consulting and environmental audits, chain of custody certification, carbon-balanced paper, and sustainable packaging. Corporate leadership is headed by President and CEO Mike Graves, with Christopher Deletto as CFO and Jim O'Toole overseeing sales and marketing.
