Specialty tea capabilities include Darjeeling, Assam, Pu-erh, Keemun, Lapsang Souchong, and Oolong. Its beverage selection extends to caffeine-free herbal tisanes made with herbs and spices, plus fruit infusions combining dehydrated fruits with tea. Tea leaves are selected by tea tasters from worldwide producers for products sold under the Millennium Tea name.

The company operates a flagship complex in Sri Lanka serving markets in Australia, Europe, the United States, the Middle East, and Japan. Its manufacturing plant has a stated daily processing capacity exceeding 7 million tea bags, supported by a fully owned warehouse with storage capacity of almost 2 million kilograms. An in-house research and development team supports customer requirements, while staff cover tea tasting, grading, quality assurance, and shipping. Operations hold ISO 22000:2018, ISO 9001:2015, BRC Global Food Grade A, HACCP, Organic, and Fair Trade certifications. Its export customers include Woolworths in Australia, Coop supermarket chains in Denmark and Finland, Metro in Finland, SuperGros in Denmark, Food Basics in Canada, and Netto in Denmark.
