For a century, Organik Kimya has produced specialty polymer technologies for coatings, construction materials, textiles, leather, paper, labels and industrial adhesive applications. Its core portfolio includes acrylic, styrene-acrylic and vinyl copolymer emulsions, water-based and hot-melt adhesives, redispersible powder polymers, and solvent-based technologies. These materials are used in architectural, wood and metal coatings; cementitious tile adhesives, sealants and waterproofing products; pressure-sensitive labels and tapes; textile auxiliaries; leather finishing; packaging; hygiene products; bookbinding; and woodworking. The company also distributes materials for personal care, home care, color cosmetics, coatings and construction applications.

Integrated production capacity totals 325,000 tonnes per year. Its Tuzla operations include a redispersible powder polymer plant with an annual capacity of 45,000 tonnes and hot-melt production capacity of 5,000 tonnes. Research and development activities cover synthesis, process and application development, scale-up, regulation and innovation management across the company’s business units. The accredited R&D center in Kemerburgaz, established in 2009, employs more than 100 specialists and includes dedicated synthesis and application laboratories, pilot facilities for emulsion polymerization, powder polymers and hot-melt technologies, and cross-functional innovation boards. Sustainability work assesses environmental impacts throughout the value chain and is supported by certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and ISO 27001.
