Pascual Laboratories, Inc. develops and manufactures pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, herbal, and health and wellness products for Filipino families. Its portfolio addresses respiratory health, vitamin supplementation, cognitive function, digestive wellness, oral care, and relief from muscle, joint, and nerve pain. Established brands include Ascof Lagundi, Poten-Cee, Glutaphos, C-Lium Fibre, OraCare Mouthrinse, and PELARGO. The company has also secured Philippine patents for nutraceutical compositions and formulations developed with institutional partners, including preparations that use plants endemic to the Philippines.

The business began in 1946, when chemists Isosceles and Leonora Pascual formulated and manufactured medicines in a single-room laboratory at their home on Balut Island in Tondo, Manila. Its early work focused on treatments for tuberculosis and vitamin deficiency following World War II. Manufacturing later moved to Balagtas, Bulacan, while the head office transferred to Quezon City. Its Bulacan facilities hold Good Manufacturing Practices and Halal certifications. The company strengthened its herbal medicines business through AlterMed Corporation and supports plant-based production through its subsidiary Leonie Agri Corp., which operates a certified organic farm and plant in Nueva Ecija.
